Which microphone I use changes a lot based on what I’ll be filming.
I recently made a video about my A7S III rig, and I purposely left out the microphones I use since I thought it deserved it’s own dedicated video, so here we are. Which microphone I use changes a lot based on what I’ll be filming. If I had it my way, I’d use my big XLR mic for everything, but that's not always possible. So lets quickly go through each microphone and I’ll give you how I use them.
