Use these "base" ISO values to get the cleanest images possible. Of course, you can raise your ISO higher, but you'll start introducing some grain the more you deviate from these base values.

S-Log3 ISO

Base: 640
High Base: 12,800

S-Cinetone ISO

Base: 100
High Base: 2,000

No Picture Profile ISO

Base: 80
High Base: 1,600

Cine 2 ISO

Base: 50
High Base: 1,000
